Payment. User agrees to pay all fees for purchasing and renewing Vicservers Technologies Limited Services. Vicservers Technologies Limited services may be made available for free by our partners, in which case the user does not need to pay Vicservers Technologies Limited for the use of the services.
Authority. In the event User is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, other business entity, or group of individuals, the person registering for purchasing or renewing Vicservers Technologies Limited Services on behalf of such entity must submit a Certificate issued by such entity confirming that he/she has the authority to bind the corporation, LLC, partners, joint ventures, or other individuals in this manner and in connection with User's acceptance of all other Terms set forth herein.
REFUND POLICY
At Vicservers Technologies Limited, we strive to provide high-quality web hosting services to all our customers. However, due to the nature of our services, which are non-tangible and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for any payments made for services rendered.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues or assist with service migration. Our goal is to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with their hosting experience.
